Developmental Dance Movement®
MovementWorks® flagship programme Developmental Dance Movement® is an early intervention for children 2.5 – 7 years, delivered in a group-learning environment making a major impact in mainstream and special education schools. With a strong evidence base this fun inexpensive approach is a whole-body learning experience which supports engagement and concentration, develops social interaction and communication skills plus incorporates early learning goals and core curriculum in a structured, interactive, and enjoyable way.
Autism Movement Therapy® Waking Up The Brain!
Autism Movement Therapy®, is a movement and music method which allows progression from Developmental Dance Movement® suitable for children to adults (7 and above). It offers an innovative, energetic and structured approach that stimulates the brain, aids sensory processing, develops motor, communication and independence skills all while having fun! AMT is an exciting approach that complements other therapeutic techniques for autistic individuals.
Workshops will be running at 10.45am, 12pm, 1pm and 2.15pm. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis.
